I really enjoyed the Lock In Challenge. The prompts, community, and accountability helped me reach some of my biggest milestones since opening my small business. I entered the program with goals to increase sales, attend more events, get more comfortable with social media, and seek new opportunities to grow my business— and through the structure and accountability of the program, I was able to achieve all of them. Through intentional goal-setting and aligned business mapping, I gained clarity on my goals, positioning, and multifaceted business growth opportunities. Throughout the program, I increased sales (including two of my largest sales days), attended new in-person events to grow my network, and expanded my social media marketing, gaining new opportunities and confidence using content creation. I really appreciated the business expertise, facilitation, and great work from Funding Impact. The program truly set me up for growth and direction heading into 2026 & I’m so happy I locked in!

Dropping in on workshops by Funding Impact on grant writing was extremely helpful for me in acquiring my first art grant for my film project. Jillisa has so much insight to share on funding opportunities and how to apply and receive them.I appreciate the consistent effort Jillisa and her team puts into helping black individuals secure funding that is often not granted to us. Her work and ongoing support are truly life changing.
