Absolutely unreal experience with Kook’s Wild Ride in Southern Africa! This was my first trip with KWR, and each and every part of it exceeded all of my expectations. Kaleigh thoughtfully planned out an itinerary which not only immersed us into the rich African culture of the areas we visited, but also was crafted to let us experience so much in just 9 days. Everything was top notch. Highlights for me were the safaris through Kruger National Park in South Africa and Chobe National Park in Botswana. Seeing wild animals in their natural habitat and the thrill of never knowing what you might see around the corner is truly unmatched. If you’re on the fence about taking the trip, this is your sign to send it! 10/10 recommend.

I traveled with girlfriends in 2024 with KWR to Patagonia for one of the most amazing journeys of my life. The trip was smooth, organized, with fun and knowledgeable contacts and guides on the ground, delicious food, lovely hotels, and fascinating outdoor experiences. It was so cool to be immersed in the culture the entire time. My husband and I just booked a trip in 2027 to South Africa for our 25th wedding anniversary, and we can't wait!

If you love animals and nature this will be the trip of a lifetime for you! I’ve never experienced nature so close up and personal. It’s immersive, almost spiritual. I have goose bumps as I write this. The people of Africa are very warm and welcoming, the landscapes are stunning, and animals are wild and free. There was awe and wonder everywhere we went. Kook’s Wild Ride did a beautiful job of capturing the essence of South Africa!

This trip through South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe was unforgettable and incredibly well organized. We experienced so much in a short time — from Cape Town and wine country to safaris, river cruises, and Victoria Falls.Everything was seamless from start to finish, and the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.The highlight was seeing amazing wildlife in their natural habitats, including elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, and penguins. I also loved the local culture, food, music, and meeting wonderful people along the way.An amazing experience with unforgettable memories that I would highly recommend!

Truly amazing! Not just the safari drives, but the dinner cruise on the Zambezi, the cultural experience dinners, the sunrise train to the bridge overlooking Victoria Falls, the museums/tour in Johannesburg and all the transports to and from were meticulously planned and impeccably executed. Kook and her team are top notch from start to finish: personal phone calls and emails to answer questions, concise group communications to manage expectations and prepare us for the journey including packing lists (right down to the plug adapters and bug spray), and ongoing group communications using a group “WhatsApp” to share reminders, updates and photos. I look forward to my next KWR adventure and seeing all my new friends again somewhere out there.

Kook’s Wild Ride “Johannesburg to Victoria Falls South Africa Circuit” was an incredible adventure that I won’t soon forget! Every detail was meticulously planned and handled with perfection!
