What an amazing time spent with great people, a wonderful and knowledgeable local guide, and the most welcoming, hospitable hosts who served the best meals I’ve ever had. There were no low points on the this journey except for my short taxi ride to the airport whenever I realized my trip had officially ended.I will be returning for another wild ride.

Thank you kook, for taking the initiative and effort to put together the trips, first Nepal and now Albania, both trips have just been smash hits for me. Albania was my first trip with Kooks Wild Ride and it was even more amazing than I could have imagined. Our group was lucky enough to be guided by both Kook and Brynn and they were so warm, welcoming, and inclusive. It really felt like our whole group was family and I had an amazing time experiencing the beauty of Albania while making lasting connections with everyone. Our tour guide in Albania was so knowledgeable and wonderful, he fit right in with the group. Our accommodations and food were also INCREDIBLE. I had the best time being in the mountains and on the river with this group and I cannot wait to plan another trip with Kook.

Absolutely unreal experience with Kook’s Wild Ride in Southern Africa! This was my first trip with KWR, and each and every part of it exceeded all of my expectations. Kaleigh thoughtfully planned out an itinerary which not only immersed us into the rich African culture of the areas we visited, but also was crafted to let us experience so much in just 9 days. Everything was top notch. Highlights for me were the safaris through Kruger National Park in South Africa and Chobe National Park in Botswana. Seeing wild animals in their natural habitat and the thrill of never knowing what you might see around the corner is truly unmatched. If you’re on the fence about taking the trip, this is your sign to send it! 10/10 recommend.

I traveled with girlfriends in 2024 with KWR to Patagonia for one of the most amazing journeys of my life. The trip was smooth, organized, with fun and knowledgeable contacts and guides on the ground, delicious food, lovely hotels, and fascinating outdoor experiences. It was so cool to be immersed in the culture the entire time. My husband and I just booked a trip in 2027 to South Africa for our 25th wedding anniversary, and we can't wait!

If you love animals and nature this will be the trip of a lifetime for you! I’ve never experienced nature so close up and personal. It’s immersive, almost spiritual. I have goose bumps as I write this. The people of Africa are very warm and welcoming, the landscapes are stunning, and animals are wild and free. There was awe and wonder everywhere we went.
