Joseph is an outstanding realtor. Not only is he friendly and professional he is also very responsible, reliable and likeable. I've dealt with many Realtors who think they know it all, feel their time is better spent elsewhere or just down right rude. Joseph is the kinda guy who will put his clients first and jump over all sorts of hurdles to help. Even if it doesn't work out at the end, there are no hard feelings. He's a great guy to work with. I first met Jospeh while my cousin was immigrating to the Tri-city area and was searching for a home. What really stood out to me was Joseph's patience and professionalism. My cousin had provided a few requirements and Joseph provided a comprehensive list of homes that met the requirements and also alternatives that he believe may work for my cousin for us to view. We viewed many homes for hours and entire time Joseph never rushed us, always friendly and sincere while he waited and provided feedback. Any questions Joseph cannot answer he will try his best to get answers and get back to us promptly. My cousin ended up buying a house with another agent due to the language barrier (my cousin feel more at ease to fully converse in Cantonese). I was very impressed with Joseph and kept in touch with him. A little later, my wife and I were ready to find our own home. With Joseph's help we were able to secure our home, even beating out higher offers! Joseph had found out the seller was highly motivated to close as soon as possible due to employment relocation. We made an offer we were comfortable with and although far from being the highest offer, we offered a far shorter closing period and no subject offer as we already had a pre-approved mortgage and the home inspected during the viewing (both were Joseph's recommendation). That was 8 years ago and I have not bought or sold another home but through the years I have continued to pester Joseph with questions I have in regards to my home, or questions from family and friends who contemplated searching for a home. Joseph has always been willing to help and provide his assistance however he can. I have recommended Joseph to all my family and friends and highly recommend Joseph to anyone who is considering to buy or sell.
