I had a super stiff neck and shoulder. Considered a cheaper chair massage place, but Serenity is closer to where I live and had great reviews, so I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did! Charl is super strong and very very sweet. The spa is calm and smells nice too! Plus, I got a little tea and cookies afterwards. It's not in my regular budget am very happy to splurge sometimes and will definitely be back! Worth every penny
