The filter is easily accessible from the top, and the drain plug is well behind the skid plate. Again, no reason to even touch it. After an hour of waiting with zero communication on what was going on, I saw in t... More

After an hour of waiting with zero communication on what was going on, I saw in the reflection of a nearby window that my skid plate was on the ground. I asked what was going on, and it wasn’t until then that I was informed. I was asked to return the following morning for them to repair, and told that I would be, “in and out.” 2 1/2 hours later (after sitting on a concrete curb), I pulled out and headed to work (which I was already 3hrs late for). I get to work, and find the front end of my truck covered in oil (under the hood, under the truck, all over my front bumper), what seems to be oil dripping from my skid plate, no washers to replace the ones that previously existed, and WAY undersized bolts to replace the previous existing as well. As polite as the crew was, I pulled out with my truck being hacked up. “Pissed” isn’t even the word! After spending 3 1/2 hours waiting for them to fix a problem that should have never happened in the first place (as there is no reason to remove the skid plate for an oil change), to hand my truck back to me in this condition?!?! My truck was in pristine condition before I pulled in, and now it’s hacked and covered in oil. Absolutely unacceptable!! Less
