A big big thank you to Caroline Tyrwhitt . I had a 1-2-1 session with Caroline in January (auction win from last year). Together with her help and her wonderful new book "The Mindset Diet" I have managed to lose 9lbs in 7 weeks, without ever counting calories or denying myself something delicious. I had eggs royal for breakfast this morning and an occasional afternoon tea and never going hungry or feel I am denying myself things.It was very much about looking at bad habits and changing just a few things that made a big difference to me. I can highly recommend Caroline's session and of course her book "The Mindset diet". Give it go, what have you got to lose? Less

I will probably never be able to thank Caroline enough. Although I already knew some of this, I think I heard it and understood it better than I ever have before because of how Caroline coached us. They say we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with and thanks to having Caroline in our lives, if only through Facebook, our lives have improved. I say ours because my husban... More
I will probably never be able to thank Caroline enough. Although I already knew some of this, I think I heard it and understood it better than I ever have before because of how Caroline coached us. They say we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with and thanks to having Caroline in our lives, if only through Facebook, our lives have improved. I say ours because my husband is watching what I am doing and is starting to change his habits too. He was going to make lunch after just eating two rounds of toast, I asked him ‘are you hungry or bored’, he realised he was bored and went for a walk instead. My husband has diabetes and high blood pressure, so we have read “The 8-week sugar diet”, “the 5:2 diet”, “The Path”, and been to Slimming World. I am not knocking any of those, but they are not for us. The small manageable tweaks (as I call them) that Caroline promotes and the change in language around this issue and the knowledge around hormones etc has made an incredible difference. I don’t feel deprived. I now understand that other people don’t think about food all day long and now neither to do I. This morning my husband announced he will be doing 16: 8 which I think is incredibly manageable for him and will do wonderful things for his diabetes. You have my sincerest thanks Caroline. I recently attended an NLP course run by Caroline and Anna. It was excellent. They are so knowledgeable about all things NLP and it was a really good evening. They work together well as a team. Lots of things learnt and challenges given. It works for me! Highly recommended.... More

Before NLP I was obsessed with sugar in all forms and never had a off switch. The sweet and biscuit isles in the supermarket could not be passed. Since NLP I can walk down both isles without temptation as my desire has been 'switched' off. NLP is the secret to continu... More
