I have worked with Jim for my entire Real Estate career. There hasn’t been a client that I have sent him that he hasn’t been able to get to the closing table. Even during Covid when restrictions changed, he was able to advocate for my clients and within a day or two disputed items on their credit report which increased their score so that they could move forward on a purchase of a new home.Jim also is prompt at responding and getting us a preapproval which is super helpful in such a competitive market. I highly recommend working with Jim if you are thinking of purchasing a home.
