We have recently installed a pool which caused complete havoc with our yards drainage system! We originally attempted to go with a cheaper/landscaper who attempted to throw down a few catch basins and corrugated pipe. This turned into a disaster and didn't solve anything...in fact it was worse, and now they were nowhere to be found. (those guys wouldn't return a call/text/email, classic take your money and run)We now had a MAJOR project/problem on our hands. This was when we finally turned to the Tampa Drain Dudes, while I acknowledge they were not the cheapest, their quality of work and system design was exactly what my yard needed. They did not try to cut corners to "under bid" the competition. Nash was honest with his quote, as there was a lot of work that needed to be done. (3 days worth of work!)The team that completed the work was TOP notch, Tristan and Johnny (and many others pitched in) were amazing throughout the entire project. Always available to answer questions and would walk me through what they were working on every step of the way.After the job was completed, we had a heavy rain storm, and there was a small spot that seemed to be collecting more water than we originally expected. I reached back out to see if they would come back out and make a few tweaks to the system. Within 48hrs they back at the house making some adjustments! No charge, no questions asked! Just genuinely wanting to make sure we were satisfied and the system was operating properly. I can no recommend them enough, they will do amazing work, and more importantly STAND BY their work after it is completed.I also had them do our sod replacement, and had over 6 pallets installed, you can see in the pictures, even during the April-May drought, the sod was TOP quality and there was not one piece that was questionable.All around A+ operation and will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to EVERYONE that has a job they need done.Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Tampa Drain Dude. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a clear plan. The perforated drainage line and solid line they installed work perfectly, even during heavy rain. Communication was great from start to finish. Definitely a trustworthy company.

Super responsive and easy to work with! Asked for a quote and they were out next day and once the quote was accepted the work was completed within 2-3 days. They cleared out my channel drain and fixed the what the previous pool deck company had done wrong as well as installed clean outs and drainage away from all of my pool equipment all in a single day. 100% professional and eased any worries I had about water pooling near my foundation! Can’t say enough good things about this crew.

My drain is perfect. It traverses the length of my side yard and had to be installed through heavy tree roots. The drain dudes killed it! We finally had enough rain to see the pop up drain!Nash and Joe did a stellar job. Don’t use anyone else. Call these guys they do the work right, and at the best price.

Text response times were iffy, but not everyone can response immediately. other than that, the crew that came out was great. friendly, did great work and cleaned up. rate was 1/3 of other companies and they offered more services for the money and quicker booking. no reason to over pay elsewhere.

They handle more than drainage issues. We needed to run electrical conduit under two paver driveways. All other service providers suggested water-jetting or boring. Boring to install conduit is very expensive. Water-jetting is just a terrible idea as it can easily cause excess substrate erosion which will negatively impact paver stability.I knew we would be in good hands when Nash of Tampa Drain Dudes suggested picking up the necessary pavers, trenching in the conduit and then resetting the pavers. Their quote was reasonable; less than water-jetting and boring. The crew (Austin and Austyn) worked diligently, were experienced enough to handle a couple of surprises, and did a great job cleaning up.We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Nash came out [he is in the videos] and quickly looked at the job, understood my concerns and was easily available for a follow up call to answer my questions. Pricing was reasonable. The job was scheduled within days. Nash returned with his crew on time. Towards the end of the job Johnny and Tristan took care of final details my wife wondered about. The Drain Dudes were a pleasure to work with. I would gladly hire them again. They arrived when planned and worked diligently until the drainage problems were fixed. The finished job really looks nice. They answered all my questions and patiently explained what they were doing and why. I also really appreciate how careful they were digging around the sprinkler lines in the area. Again, nice people, great job, would use again without a doubt.

The Drain Dudes diagnosed and proposed a plan to eliminate flooding issues during heavy rainfall. They installed a sump pump with a drain basin, multiple drain points and tied in an existing downspout; with all collected water exiting via a drainage pipe to a dedicated drainage easement at the rear of the property. Since the installation, the first heavy rainfall confirmed the sump pump drainage system resolved our flooding issue of excess water run-off. Joe and his crew were very professional and completed the job in 3 to 4 hours. The clean-up was great and they returned the site to prior condition (rock and shell returned to original placement/condition).

Would have given 5 stars if it only involved my installers Johnny, Tristen and John. These three young men are a huge asset to this business. Prompt, polite and hard working. I took a star away due to the initial line of communication. Hard to get a return call. Almost did not go with them. Glad I gave them a second chance.

Jo and the Team from Tampa Drain Dudes arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. From the consultation appointment to actual date of service, Nash was able to explain what diagnostics would be done and what repairs would be suggested for my backyard water drainage issue. They installed another drain that extended to the back of my property line that connected to the current French drain attached to the home. All of the work was done in a day.
