We recently used Jonathan to buy our new home. He was highly recommended by a friend. I really can't say enough good things about him. Communication is very important to us and he was always available as well as knowledgeable. Not to mention, he went above and beyond to find out all the details on every property. I've dealt with many realtors that make you feel like they're not on your side and Jonathan is the opposite. He puts you as # 1, listens to what's important to you, and is willing to do what's needed to get you the best deal all while keeping a great relationship with the other party involved.
