Had an appointment scheduled by Ken between 10am-2pm. No one showed. I messaged them after 2pm just to be told they double booked and weren't coming. I understand that double booking happens, but a courtesy phone call or any communication at all would have been the professional and decent thing to do. Especially considering I needed my HVAC fixed in the middle of summer heat AND took the day off of work.
