The customer service and hospitality are unmatched. Each person or group that walked in was immediately treated to a little walk through of the lounge, services, and humidor. There is plenty of room, comfortable seating, TVs, Bluetooth speakers, as well as chess sets and other games. Everyone was super friendly and make you feel at home. This will definitely be a reoccurring hang out spot to come and relax with a good cigar.
