I am a 42-year-old woman with two young children ages 6 and 3 ½ and perimenopause hit me in February of 2024. I was eating mostly “clean” (so I thought), and I was exercising two times a day. Walking or elliptical in the morning and then either more walking, light weightlifting, or yoga on my lunch break and the scale kept going up! In addition to the rising scale, I was moody, sluggish, short-fused with my children, needed Unisom to fall/stay asleep, and just overall struggling. I was beyond frustrated and realized I needed help.I knew Rachel through a mutual friend, so I decided to reach out. I was a bit nervous in our initial conversation because I wanted to be a good fit for her program and wanted her help so badly but was scared of rejection. Rejection was the furthest from what I received! From the get-go, she was so welcoming and down to earth, and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.Rachel is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We quickly got to work and dialed in my macros and within a week I saw results and improvements in my health! It was eye opening! My mood and energy mostly improved right off the bat but then as I continued on in the program, the other “symptoms” started to improve. I was able to wean myself off of my sleeping pill, I was energized, I was calm and patient with my children, and I was just over the moon with my results!Fast forward about 14 weeks - I’ve lost 9 ½ inches and 14.5 pounds and I have never felt better! I’m not saying it was easy, as I put in the work and continue to put in the work, but it was easier than I thought it would be. I not only feel better overall, but my mental approach has also shifted tremendously as well. I no longer fear eating certain foods and I have so much more clarity on what to eat and how much to eat and how all of this perimenopause metabolism stuff works 😀Rachel has created a program that is well designed and easy to follow. The program is laid out perfectly and allows you to make your way through it at your own pace. Most importantly though, she shapes the program to fit each person individually! Not all of us fit into the same box and she listens and adapts for each individual, which is why she has so many successful client stories. Best of all, the program is all about sustainability and keeping the weight off for good! She is caring, kind, knowledgeable, and best of all a great motivator! In my opinion, she is one of the best!This experience has given me new life! Now, instead of being scared of growing old and wondering how I am going to keep up with my children - I am confident and READY to tackle the future with my newfound confidence and health. I look forward to continuing the journey and seeing further results! To me, this excitement, the progress I made, and the positive mindset I’ve shifted to, is priceless and I cannot thank you enough Rachel!!
