Incredible Owner. I walked in today with a fog light dragging on the ground and the Owner helped me right away with a screwdriver in her hand getting underneath my car while still talking on the phone with a vendor ordering parts for another customer’s car. She helped secure down my fog light so I can drive my car back home safely. I had a great chat with her and some of her friends who stopped by to visit her at the shop. Everyone was so concerned with my Chihuahua being out in the heat. It was so heartwarming. 🥲 The shop is easy to find right off the main road downtown in Palm Springs next to Jack In The Box. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend!

Ramona is a knowledgeable, honest person who quickly does good work at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for in a business owner?I brought my car in with some funky damage to the front bumper, and within minutes Ramona knew what parts to order. A couple days later, she had me bring the car back, and patched it up good-as-new in about 15 minutes.Great service, and a cool business to have in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Went in for a dent repair and left 10 days later a very happy customer. I can actually say I’ve never had a body shop experience like I did with Ramona! This girl was patient. Explained in detail every covered insurance detail line by line, what was covered what was not covered, the timeline, and the extra’s she did gratis!
