We had a couple of the Hydrocove lads out at our place last week to remove all of our downpipes and install temporary downpipes ready for our gutters to be replaced this week. While they were here, they also installed a 3-stage whole-home Filterwall filtration system.The team had some difficulty locating our water main, but Sam powered on without hesitation and never complained once. The installation was seamless and the finished result looks absolutely amazing! The aluminium cover in the Colourbond colour they recommended ties in perfectly with the colour palette of our home, which has definitely kept the wife happy!What really impressed me was the attention to detail. Josh took the time to thoroughly clean up the work areas, hosing down the retaining walls and footpaths until it looked like they had never even been there. They also needed to remove a small elephant ear palm to make the installation easier. I assumed we would lose the tree, but without me even asking, they carefully replanted it afterwards. I was genuinely impressed because I love that tree!While onsite, Scott recommended installing an under-sink reverse osmosis system. He explained that the whole-home filtration system would provide clean, filtered water throughout the house, but that reverse osmosis would take our drinking water quality to the next level. Fortunately, they had a system available in the van and installed it in no time. It came with a small chrome filter tap, and while they also offered a 3-way kitchen mixer option, we opted for the separate filter tap. We are absolutely over the moon with how clean the water tastes and smells, and we can’t wait to stop buying bottled water every week!From start to finish, our experience with Hydrocove was exceptional. Danielle was attentive, friendly, and accommodating when booking a time that suited us. Sam, Josh, and Scott were all polite, professional young men who clearly take pride in their work. They even sent us an SMS and called ahead to let us know exactly how far away they were. You just don’t get tradies like this anymore!Thanks again to the entire Hydrocove team. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing services and water filtration solutions!!

Couldn't speak anymore highly of the team at Hydrocove Plumbing they truly saved the day and my wallet!Had a hot water system issue which another company quoted an unreasonable amount then told me it couldn't be installed till the next day. Spoke to Jason at Hydrocove that afternoon who understood the situation and had someone out within the hour the quote was more then half the price of the other guys for the same product & was also installed the same day!! Big shout out to Sam who stayed till the sun was down to get our hot water back online, very clean install super happy with end result.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a genuine fair priced service. These guys will be my go to for friends and family in the future :)
