Scott from Hydrocove did an absolutely fantastic job installing my new toilets and a kitchen tap. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, punctual and really took pride in his work. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy when he was finished.There was also a fair amount of plumbing involved in the job, which is why the price was a little higher than expected, but it was absolutely reflected in the quality and thoroughness of the work.It’s so refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure the customer is happy. Cannot thank Scott enough for all the work he did on our house this week. Last Friday we thought we had a leak & not only did he come out, give us honest & transparent feedback, he was back the next week completely replumbing our entire house. Absolute legend.
