Oggi mi sono sottoposta ad una estrazione. Che dire la dottoressa Catalano e Sofia stupende , pazienti e molto professionali, avevo paura ma poi è andato tutto bene! Da anni sono cliente dello studio Romano e non ho mai avuto brutte esperienze. Sono dei medici veramente eccezionali Meno

Prepare for an essay but I had an amazing experience either this dentist practice I have ever had in my 26 years of being alive.....I strongly urge anyone who doesn’t speak Italian and on holiday or studying to go to this dentist if they are in need of help.I was welcomed and the experience was fantastic from booking the appointment through an email all the way through to my final check-up. The reception staff were wonderful, and patience and the Doctors and dental assistants were all amazing. It was a happy and beautiful experience even though I was in tremendous pain.Whilst studying in Palermo Sicily I was having pain from my 3rd molar due to infection. I am from the UK and my Italian is not fluent. I had no choice but to go due to the pain and it was the best decision I have ever made! I emailed and they got back to me immediately and was booked in the next day to be seen. The first person who did the consultation, Dr. Francesco and his dental assistant, he spoke fluent English and was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. He explained the issue and possible treatments. I wasn't just sent away with antibiotics like I would be in the UK for weeks. He cleaned my tooth, I had an injection for pain relief, and I was given mouth wash, pain killers and antibiotics and booked in within the next 2 days to be seen and treated.I had another consultation with a wonderful dentist Doctor Roberta Biondollilo and Ms. Cetty ( assistant)’ who would be doing my filling or extraction were all the best efforts were made to hopefully just have a filling rather than extraction. This wasn’t possible and an extraction was needed. I was nervous as I am with dentists anyway but also with the language barrier too, I was very nervous, however I was wrong to be worried. Each step was explained to me through using google translate and I was asked if I am okay or feeling pain multiple times to make sure I am okay. Everyone was patient when I needed to use google translate, they were reassuring and understanding and that was made up with friendly attitude and a lovely lady even held my hand! Although we couldn’t communicate through talking I was relaxed and felt reassured throughout. The attention to detail this dental practise gave was phenomenal and I would rather travel to this practise on 2 flights and 8 hours of travelling than go 20 minutes in the UK to my own dentist! That shows just how amazing this experience was! Thank you all so much for your kindness and compassion! Meno

Sono incinta al 6 mese e fin dall'inizio della gravidanza ho sofferto come un cane per un dente cariato che nessun dentista ha voluto toccarmi nel corso della gravidanza fino a farmi ridurre il dente in condizioni pietose e non dormire più la notte. Ieri mi sveglio e decido di andare da romano per vedere se mi potevano aiutare. Ho trovato una dottoressa che non so come si chiama ma è giovanissima e bravissima che mi ha salvato veramente la vita, finalmente ho visto la luce dopo 6 mesi di inferno totale posso dormire godermi la mia gravidanza e mangiare tranquillamente. Tornerò dopo il parto e questo è diventato il mio studio dentistico di fiducia, mi hai salvato veramente la vita dottoressa te ne sono grata io e mio figlio pure ❤️❤️ e spero che leggi perché so che i complimenti gratificano nel lavoro e ti spingono a fare sempre meglio e tu che sei giovane hai una carriera davanti spettacolare Meno
