I always enjoy having Damon do our service. He remembers what was previously done and takes his time to ensure the work is completed properly.

Not the most professional technician. He says little or explains the exact products he’s using and why. Also failed to explain safety of the products around kids and pets

I spoke with Jason on 10/13/26. He assured me someone would follow up. I received phone calls early in the morning on 10/14 but they went to unknown calls. No one left a message. No one showed up. I did find call logs in my unknown callers list much later that day, and I sent the company a text when I found the 1st to leave feedback. Told them what happened, but the only response I received was to leave a review. So here you are. Not the review I would normally have left for this business. Someone dropped the ball. Leave a message when you call. It’s not hard.

Ian provided very good service as usual. Thoroughly checked and sprayed all problem areas. I haven't had any issues since I started getting quarterly sprays. Thank you.

Ian, our EPC tech, has performed excellent residential pest control service. Our indoor pests are almost nonexistent. Ian is extremely thorough and professional. The service runs like clockwork. One less hassle for the homeowner.Outdoor pests are also well controlled. We subscribe to EPC's seasonal tick & flea service. Our yard was infested with Lone Star ticks when EPC started this Spring. A family member had already developed Alpha Gal Syndrome from a tick bite. Both dogs had to be previously treated for Erlichiosis. Thanks to Ian, the average number of tick bites on people and animals decreased to zero. None.EPC is a quality pest control service. We've done cheaper. Our metric is not just cost, but effectiveness.

Noah did a great job. There have been very few bees since his visit; which was the second treatment. Thank you.
