Shaheed exterminated our house and he was helpful in asking if I had bug problems since the last visit. Shaheed proceeded to explain that with warmer months pest sightings tend to increase and I am to let them know ASAP if I see something. Good info. After, Shaheed walked with me for internal service; he took his time to spray. Shaheed also wiped away webbing around external windows. Thank you, Shaheed!

From the company point of view, I was told that the window of time for the visit would be from 8 am to 2 pm. However, no one showed up so I called after 4 pm and Eric was assigned to deliver the service. He arrived around 5 pm and was very pleasant and thorough. Thus, the delivery of the service was good but the management of the appointment was not. Also I don’t know why the appointment was missed.
