They do such an amazing job with my Husky I drive 45 minutes each way to continue taking him here! They are very knowledgeable and kind and treat the doggos so well mine actually gets excited when I tell him it’s Spa day! They do an excellent job getting his shedding down and he comes home super clean and smelling good for the next month! I fully recommend taking your sweet fur babies here! The picture below is how happy he is after his Spa day! They get his white fur pristine white and his smile massive every time!

I think I have tried every groomer in Summerville and Pampered Pooches is THE BEST hands down. My pooches are comfortable there and everyone working there is FABULOUS!! They are so good I book a year at a time.

If I could rate them a million stars, I would.From our first visit, Dana and Sierra took so much care in listening to my concerns, answering my questions, and making sure my dog was comfortable with her grooming experience. Every time we come in, we are greeted like family and everyone is so nice and welcoming and at each appointment, my expectations are beyond met and I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful expertise!

I am soooo thrilled with Pampered Pooches! Taylor was so absolutely precious to my 3 poodles. At drop off, we had a little mishap and Taylor jumped right in and calmed my anxious pup. Taylor took time to find out exactly how I wanted the dogs groomed and even made some suggestions. Pampered Pooches was so clean and calm and just a sweet place overall. My three girls looked absolutely beautiful! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

Diesel has been to see Sierra a few time now and she does an amazing job he just love everyone there at Pampered Pooches Day Spa!! Today Darcy had her first grooming with Sierra and she is too cute! Sierra took her time and went slowly so that Darcy felt safe! Thank yall for doing so great!

After Hurricane Helene displaced my husband, me, and our two dogs, we ended up on the coast while our hometown dealt with significant damage, leaving our home without power or water. I reached out to Dana, hoping to get our girls groomed, and her team immediately stepped in and got us an appointment the next day. Their kindness and willingness to help during such a difficult time really stood out. I’m usually careful about where I take my dogs, but they were in great hands here, and the grooming was fantastic. Dana and her team showed such care and attention to detail—it’s rare to find that level of service these days. If you want a place that truly cares about your pets, I highly recommend them!

I’d give them a ten if I could. Took my little old lady there today and she was so comfortable she almost fell asleep. Groomers before have had her give them a hard time about her feet. Not today, she was good as gold they said. Even showed me a video. I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in. I knew she was in good hands. If you are looking for a groomer, give them a try. You won’t regret it🙂
