We had a great experience with Sleep Easy Pest Solutions! We recently moved into a new home and had a handful of pest issues and preventative requests. Omar was outstanding, very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to address all of our concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and took care of everything on the spot. We really appreciated how patient he was in answering our questions and making sure we understood the process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. This company is an absolute disgrace. They solicit your business on the phone in complete disregard to the Do Not Call List. Apparently they are too cheap to buy the list and follow it. Will be suing them over their violation. If they have contacted you, reach out to me and I can help.

To whom it may concern I am taking this time to give credit due to Mr Omar who is employed with Sleep-Easy Pest solutions. I would like to say that I had been calling around to see what places that could assist me with my bee issue I had in the backyard and most places were booked up or cost way too much for them just to even come out to inspect what type of Bees were invading my space of my home. I finally found the sleep-easy Pest solutions on Angie's list and gave them a call and just like that thank God I was able to have a breath of relief. They told me that someone would come out and then tell me what would happen from there. Mr. Omar had arrived at the time that I requested him to come out which is a plus for me from the start . He got right to work by assisting what type of Bees they were and then he began to explain how much and what solutions he had to do to eliminate our problem. Long story short after reviewing his prices and seeing what we had to do to make my home a safe comfortable space again he immediately got to work did what he had to do and I was pleased with him and the results of his product. It showed proof his product had worked efficiently because the Bees were already depleting. I like to say as a new valued customer who will be using this service again in the future I want to make sure Mr. Omar gets his recognition of being a great employee. Also would like to see him be recognized for his work ethic. Zane is truly a blessing. We had mice getting into our food, nesting in walls and running across the floor in broad day light! Not just 10 or 15 but a hundred of them. After 2 treatments we don't have a single mouse. For anyone considering the price- it's worth it! Other companies use cheap, store bought products you can buy your self. What Sleep Easy Pest Solutions uses is only the stuff you can get with a license! Best decision I ever made ❤️

I had a bird in our bathroom fan. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to clear the birds out and to seal the area to prevent any future breeches. That was a year ago and we have not had any further problems.
