We noticed about four months ago that our house cat was working overtime catching mice. While we appreciated her efforts, waking up in the middle of the night to see it happening was not so great. My sister reached out to Sleep Easy in October 2025, and after our fourth appointment, things are going GREAT!I won’t say the problem is completely solved yet, but I haven’t seen a mouse since late October, which says a lot. Our technician Zane is AMAZING: quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain how things are going and answers any questions we have about the service. That level of communication is top-tier customer service.And let me add: he shows up ON TIME, which we truly appreciate!If you’re dealing with any pest issues in your home, I highly recommend calling Sleep Easy. You’ll be glad you did; we definitely are!

Please get rid of your employee Zane. He has ZERO customer service skills. My appointment was set for 10am and bc Zane called me with an unknown number and not even leaving me a voicemail to tell me who it is he felt the need to go ahead and cancel my appointment. Zane was also discriminating my family. Don’t not have this person in your house.
