I can’t recommend Dr. Zach highly enough. I came to him in March 2026 with what I thought was a mild back muscle strain, which actually turned out to be a disc herniation.I was immediately drawn to his hybrid model because I knew that a traditional medical-model PT approach would likely involve generic exercises and sending me on my way.I especially loved the daily check-ins and how this fit into my busy lifestyle. The daily evaluation/checkins/programming helped me understand so much more about my own body, what triggered different symptoms, what helped (and what didn’t), and how to respond when symptoms came up. I became much more in tune with my body throughout the process, and that information also allowed Dr. Zach to better understand my individual patterns and continually tailor the intervention to me.His communication style was ideal (a really nice blend of providing education, showing compassion and demonstrating patience). He’s a brilliant guy, yet explains things in really digestible terms. I remember at one point saying, “Maybe I’ll just be a chronic low back pain person, and this low-level feeling I still have is just here to stay.” He said, “Nah, I’m not settling for that.” And we continued to get to work and I’m so glad we did.My goal was not only to get out of pain, but to understand and address the underlying cause. My performance goal was to compete in my first HYROX, and I’m thrilled to say that not only was I able to do it, but I finished with zero symptoms or flares afterward.I can’t recommend Dr. Zach enough. If you want a PT who sees you, listens to you, and truly individualizes your programming, he’s your guy!
