From the moment I arrived I was no longer afraid of coming here. Dr Lobono and his AMAZING assistant Hailey were great. They made me feel comfortable. I was able to explain my fears and past issues with dentist, especially the VA dentist. After that, everything went even greater. Dr Lobono was so concerned about my dental surgery. It was supposed to take 5hrs but it ended up taking 7hrs because of all the damage I had. I was referred to Pro Dental of Dallas (located in Plano) on August 18th) by the VA (Veterans Affairs) and glad the VA sent me there.The VA provides general dentistry but does not offer Prostodontics, Periodondicts, Endodontics, or Orthodondicts so they refer veterans (with either a service connection for dental injury or those at 100 percent service connection) to locations like Pro Dental in Plano and I am glad the VA has this agreement (contract). Even my family dentist doesn't offer the services the Pro Dental offers and my dentist in Frisco in AWESOME!I met Kat, an awesome young lady and very good at her job and Holly, equally great at her job. Holly cleaned my teeth and said my mouth was pretty boring, which is a good thing (Holly is also very funny, a comedic hygienist, and loves to cook). I recommend Dr. Roe's office to others, both veterans and any one looking for great care. Dr. Roe is a straight shooter (tells it like it is but in a very customer-centric way). What an incredible dental journey I’ve had! My dental case involved replacing 10 crowns. While this is a fairly large case, it is not that unusual. What made my case particularly problematic was that I have a very mobile jaw, and also teeth ligaments that are looser than normal. This made it difficult to create a comfortable bite for me. I have experienced years of dental consultations and have tried almost every device available to correct my bite. Due to my complex dental case, most dental professionals either could not help me or refused to help me. They wished me good luck and sent me on my way. That was until I met and became a patient of Dr. Jason Roe. Not only is he an incredibly talented board-certified prosthodontist, he is also very kind. To make matters more complicated, I have allergies and chemical sensitivities. Dr. Roe always tried to be as accommodating as possible to my needs, which was very comforting.Although my case took some time to complete, Dr. Roe never gave up on me. He did a fantastic job, and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my new crowns. To the greatest dentist, Dr. Roe, thank you for giving me my life back!
