Tried my first workout here and had a great experience. Chad runs a really well-structured, good energy session with clear guidance and a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in.The Saturday 12 PM group workout is awesome—fun, challenging, and accessible no matter your fitness level. The coaching is direct and supportive, and the space is well-equipped.What stood out most was the community—super positive, social, and motivating without feeling intimidating.Definitely coming back. Highly recommend checking it out.
