If I could give 100 stars and kisses I would!!! We had to call Ehret out to take a look at our toilets that were bubbling up. We got an appointment almost immediately. A tech came out and though he was frustrated with the situation and the layout of our pipes, he did everything he could to get us fixed up. He even brought backup the next morning to finish up. Unfortunately, just a few days later we still had the same issue. After Magic Macy spoke to Magic Mike (calm down ladies)..they sent someone out within HOURS to get our pipes jetted. I can't thank Mike, Mark, Macy, Chris, Ivan (sp), AJ, Drew and yes..even Julie (lol) for all of their help! Even the guy that brought AJ some stuff...THANK YOU TOO! The Ehret family is AMAZING and I trust them and their team with my whole heart ❤️ thank you!

Furnace quit working after black out 2/11/26 in the St. Clair county area. I called Goodman the morning 2/12/26 and they sent out Ehret the same day within hours. My experience was awesome Technician Justin Sampson was great. Mr. Sampson took the time to explain each step of the work he was doing and said he enjoyed my interest. I have never experienced someone who actually enjoyed his work as he showed. Technician Justin Sampson definitely gets my vote for Employee of the Year and would make a great Instructor. In the time he took to fix my furnace he taught me so much about it. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Larry

We had 2 outdoor faucets replaced. Our service guy was very friendly and efficient. The job was over before we knew it and we are happy with the new faucets. Would definitely recommend Ehret.

We purchased a PFAS water filter on Amazon and needed to get it installed. Nick came out on Friday afternoon and was done in less than an hour! Our water now tastes fresh and clean and we will definitely use Ehret again!

Devon came out and promptly identified my problem when a different company couldn't. He was very professional and I honestly felt like he had my best interests at heart. He didn't try to sell me anything like the other company, but rather focused on fixing my issue and saving me possibly thousands of dollars. I really appreciated being cared for in this way! I highly recommend!

During heat wave I called Ehret and they came out same day. Cleaned AC unit, identified problem, had new moter delivered same day, unit no longer makes loud noises, and got COLD air back in my house. Also my father was going to pay 12k for new unit with another company but had Ehret come out 2nd opinion. Only a few hundred dollars later fixed his unit. THEY are the BEST!
