Furnace quit working after black out 2/11/26 in the St. Clair county area. I called Goodman the morning 2/12/26 and they sent out Ehret the same day within hours. My experience was awesome Technician Justin Sampson was great. Mr. Sampson took the time to explain each step of the work he was doing and said he enjoyed my interest. I have never experienced someone who actually enjoyed his work as he showed. Technician Justin Sampson definitely gets my vote for Employee of the Year and would make a great Instructor. In the time he took to fix my furnace he taught me so much about it. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Larry

Devon came out and promptly identified my problem when a different company couldn't. He was very professional and I honestly felt like he had my best interests at heart. He didn't try to sell me anything like the other company, but rather focused on fixing my issue and saving me possibly thousands of dollars. I really appreciated being cared for in this way! During heat wave I called Ehret and they came out same day. Cleaned AC unit, identified problem, had new moter delivered same day, unit no longer makes loud noises, and got COLD air back in my house. Also my father was going to pay 12k for new unit with another company but had Ehret come out 2nd opinion. Only a few hundred dollars later fixed his unit. THEY are the BEST!

We had a leak in the water line that ran from the meter into our house. Ehret replaced the line for a reasonable price, and the equipment they used left my yard untouched, except for two relatively small holes. The crew of four men was very professional and friendly. I totally recommend Ehret Plumbing.
