Carlos was business like and polite. Results okay but disappointing. I asked for a quote on the website for a “black rubber coated chain link galvanized fence”. I didn’t see the end result before the finished install. I was shocked to see a galvanized fence was just spray-painted black. No coating. All conversations said “black fence” but didn’t repeat “black rubber coated”. I didn’t question because of my original request. The fence levels are off. I know the west side of the fence is on a slope, but much of the rest isn’t. No effort was made to tidy the yard and fill the gaps under the fence, which I had to do. Carlos didn’t show up on the day of install, and workers had little or no English so I had a tough time trying to communicate.
