Recently, I used the services of Loud Bros Pressure Washing for my house, deck and shed. From the beginning, with my initial contact Tallon, who responded very quickly to my inquiry, to the team that came out, the work performed was extremely professional, through and did an outstand job!! I highly recommend Loud Bros for the services they provide, being cost effective, and their caring to ensure the customer is satisfied with the work completed. Less

So I hired them for an epoxy coating for my garage. I found out in the invoice later they actually did a polyaspartic coating- which is actually a small issue for me- but still something they should have pointed out to me as I said “Epoxy” several times before they started. My overall experience with them felt like they were given an assignment to write a 5 page essay, wrote almost all of it extremely well, and then on the final paragraph forgot to check grammar, spelling, and a concluding sentence. 99% of the garage looked fantastic, there was one corner that needed to be retouched at the end- which they sent a guy to do without extra charge. If my review was only based on that- I would give them 5 stars. The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is due to lack of professionalism- specifically cleanliness, punctuality, and communication. Personality-wise, they are all kind, respectful young men. But when it came to punctuality, they were several hours late, only telling me updated times after I contacted them first. For a recent example: When I had them retouch the garage, the guy responsible for helping me told me he was going to come at 8am, when he didn’t show up by 9:50am I texted him and he said he had another job come up and forgot to let me know. When he finally arrived after his other job was done- he told me he’d tell me when everything was done with a text. Nope- never happened, I had to ask him how long I should leave my garage door open, before he decided to tell me everything is done. Like the essay analogy above, they mostly did a good job with the clean up. They brought their own vacuum cleaner for the dust, which I greatly appreciate. The trucks they used to carry their heavy equipment however left dark tire marks on the driveway- which I’ll likely need to pressure wash - ironically this is what their company does. Also a spot of my front grass has been completely ruined as it looks like they just decided to dump cement or some sort of hard gray substance on the grass. Overall- this has been a bitter-sweet experience. They almost did everything perfectly, yet I feel completely disrespected. Looking at other reviews, it looks like I am the exception. I hope whoever works with them in the future get’s their 100%. As I see their potential- which is really good. Unfortunately for me, things didn’t work out. Less
