I own a service business and have sent many clients to Testerman Electric so I knew exactly who to call when my wife wanted our kitchen lights replaced. They also worked with me when I had to re-schedule our initial appointment because of a work meeting. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. The main call center representative Jill was very professional and pleasant when I made the initial scheduled appointment. On the day of the appointment Don arrived early and was very professional, detailed and thorough in his explanation of the project.
