I got my car fixed in October, it is now January and the paint is already chipping. The paint job was done extremely unprofessionally, full of debris underneath, leaving a completely texturized look. They assured me nobody would work on my car for 10,000 since that’s all the insurance was giving me but I don’t think I deserved a bad job. Even the rear end lights seem to have be taken off a used Honda because it’s full of cracks. Metal pieces in the hinge of the trunk have already began to rust. It’s just not fair. My car was completely running but they assured me it would be a total loss anywhere else I went. Like I literally drove my car to them. They also stole my gold belly ring out of my car and the worker assured it must’ve been vacuumed but upon HIS inspection of my car HE saw my dogs hair and stated it was never vacuumed… like whatever, I truly feel played. They didn’t even put the spoiler back on my Honda Accord sport… I was recommended this place from Auto Painting USA Collision, so I wouldn’t go there either.Update 6/8/2026: The company responded saying I didn’t contact them for 3 months when my car was crashed in October and this review I left was 4 months ago. In 4 short months my paint was already cracking and that has nothing to do with high quality paint. Also forgetting to add the spoiler to my car is not my fault for not calling for 3 months, it’s not because the damages you say cost $16,000 it’s because the shop FORGOT. If you didn’t want to take my car, you didn’t have to. You swore up and down that it was fixable and that I was fine. You text me immediately after I add the review and when I tell you the things that are wrong you don’t offer a solution LOL why would I pay out of pocket for your mistakes for a car rental and repairs? You didn’t even respond to my text after that too.Additionally, when I left this review 4 months ago you did not add a 5 paragraph essay until you decided not to respond.Paint quality sucks and you guys are forgetful and you steal. Stop trying to fool anybody.
