Beth was incredible. Easiest 5 star review ever. My wife and I had a pretty specific search considering our budget and where we were looking, but Beth helped us secure the perfect home.Communication in a home search is very much a two-way street, and Beth was always super quick to respond to not only listings we liked but also general questions about buying a home. She was also very proactive and sent us a ton of listings that fit what we were looking for. We never went more than half an hour without a call or text back. Even though I am sure we bugged her, she never made us feel that way and always made time for us. We learned so much from her about homes in general, maintenance, the market, and the process of buying a home.One point I’d like to highlight is just how knowledgeable she was about maintenance and utilities and upkeep. She was part HVAC specialist, part carpenter, part electrician, and a total real estate expert. She quoted building code, pointed out and educated us on things we had no knowledge of, and let us know good signs and bad signs whenever they appeared. She knew the markets we were looking into like the back of her hand. Her knowledge of home prices and school districts in the areas we looked into was top notch.We had a little bump in the road during closing where there was a bit of an appraisal gap that really scared us. She handled communications with the listing agent flawlessly and guided us through the process with patience and poise. We were able to switch lenders at the last possible second and wound up closing on our home in the town we grew up in. If we would have listened to her recommendation on a lender at the start then we wouldn’t have been in that spot to begin with, so take her advice to heart!All in all it was an amazing experience working with Beth. We were worried about chemistry with our realtor and who we might wind up tied to in our home search, but she made the process so fun and enlightening. You can tell she is just a good person at heart and she truly took care of us during our search. We are incredibly thankful for Beth and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to list or purchase a home. Thank you so much, Beth!!!
