Chad and his team were great and I would highly recommend him. There were a lot of moving parts since I was selling my condo in CT, moving to TN all while planning a wedding and honeymoon. I was very nervous, had a lot of questions, and was even unavailable due to the wedding/honeymoon but Chad and his team made it happen. They took the stress away and if there was an issue, he had a resolution before he even called me just to make me less stressed. 10/10!

All closing costs and estimated monthly payment can be requested for any homes and they will provide a thorough documented estimate so you know upfront what to expect when you're looking for homes and budgeting in all the small items you may not have accounted for.
