Admittedly we were a little ignorant to how all of this works as first time home buyers and he and his team were incredibly patient with us. Everything was explained in a way that actually made sense, and I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. Chad was responsive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me make the right decisions.
