Avoid this placeWent in for a checkup, told I needed one tooth out. Simple enough. Then when I actually turned up to get it removed, they suddenly decide I need another £300 worth of work done — funny how that never came up before, when it was time to actually tell me.When I said I couldn't afford it, instead of just... being a decent human about it, I got attitude. Properly patronising. And then to top it off, they've gone and written in my notes that I "can't afford important work" — like that's somehow relevant, or their business to comment on.Feels less like dentistry and more like a sales pitch with a drill attached. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Shocking treatment, I was charged twice for two sessions of fillings when it is covered under 1 band through the NHS, was told I needed back fillings done followed by front fillings. I didn't get a choice and was forced to wait 6 weeks between getting the fillings done so I could " let the bite guard set in " I was told it would be done over 2 sessions from day 1. The quality is terrible and was also miss sold a bite guard. Under band 3 through the NHS the fillings, bite guard is all included. But Instead I paid £280 for a private bite guard through these and two payments of £70 for fillings. AVOID.

Had my first appointment with Desborough Dental today and Dr Azimi was amazing. He totally understood my concerns with my medical anxiety and was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I walked away having my confidence restored. All my anxiety disappeared the moment I started talking to him couldn’t recommend highly enough. Looking forward to having the rest of my dental work done as it doesn’t seem insurmountable for me anymore. Thank you!!

Tooba the dentist and Grace the nurse were very kind, patient and understanding when I, a very nervous and anxious lady, recently had a crown fitted over two appointments. Thank you ladies for your professionalism. You certainly made it less stressful for me.

I've been suffering with toothache for a while and really struggled to get an NHS dentist. When I spoke to the receptionist they told me about their affordable scheme. I'm petrified of the dentist, but I arrived to a calm smooth atmosphere and the dentist, Yashar, was absolutely amazing. I'm back next week for an extraction and he's restored my faith and anxiety, so thank you.
