We had an awesome experience working with these guys and our sign turned out exactly like we wanted it, thanks to their skill and attention to detail. I was very impressed with their customer service as I tend to be overly picky and ask a lot of questions so although I called quite a few times Scott always patiently answered my questions during the process. I designed my own logo using an online design tool but I am not a professional designer so I needed help changing a few things on my logo and their in-house designer (Dean) easily and quickly made the requested changes so that our sign would look exactly the way we wanted it. Last but not least, I called quite a few sign companies for quotes before finding Signsmiths and they beat everyone else's price AND they had our sign made and ready to go in a shorter time than anyone else was able to do so. I can't say enough good things about our experience with them so we will definitely do business with them again and I will be highly recommending them to anyone I know that needs a sign. We are new owners of a 2023 Class C RV. We took delivery knowing there was a small tear in the overlay graphic vinyl a few feet behind the driver’s door. We started our research looking for someone who could fix this and close to where we live. We found SignSmiths of Texas in Wylie, TX. We dealt with Scott from the git-go and the experience was extraordinary. His approach was wonderful, asking for pictures and told me he would get back with me. I emailed him the images and I received a call back very quickly. We discussed our different options and decided to replace the entire vinyl stripe. Scott selected one of his experts with the experience necessary to do the work. Within one day of receiving the graphic from the manufacturer they came to our location where the RV is stored and completed the work. You can’t tell that there was any work done at all. Looks totally factory!! We are thrilled with the work, the people, the price, their expertise and the overall experience.We are also MINI Cooper owners which means that complex graphics are a part of who we are on the automotive side. We have no reservations about having future work done on our MINIs by SignSmith of Texas. Hi there. Our multi-cultural and diverse church, Church in the City of Rowlett, has scheduled a Potluck with a Juneteenth theme. We want to use this event as an opportunity to remind both new and veteran church attendees about our rich history of living out the Biblical admonition to have the ministry of reconciliation, particularly racial reconciliation. That is why it was very important to us to have retractable banners that told the three stories including that of our founding Pastor Michael Hankins, church member Ms. Viola Yeldell Smith and former Rowlett slave and business owner, Jane Endsley. Signsmiths took our design and produced beautiful banners at a reasonable price in a timely fashion. We could not be more pleased. Now, we are hoping that all who read the banners learn our rich history and are challenged to become reconcilers. We KNOW they will be drawn to the signs because of their beauty. Thank you!!!
