I highly recommend Schad for several reasons. He responds quickly. I reached out to several trainers and they either dont respond or they dont seem mentally present. Schad (owner & coach) uses a whole-body approach to fitness and wellbeing that truly works. Schad's dedication, kindness, and care shine through in every workout session and this truly sets Force3 Fitness apart. One of my favorite things about working out here is the variety of equipment and workout methods Schad incorporates. Force3 Fitness is an excellent place to workout mainly due to the attentiveness and knowledge that Schad brings as a trainer. Exercises are totally catered to your own goals and what you are looking to get out of it. I always feel extra motivated and get a much higher quality workout at Force3!
Schad has had a positive influence on my health journey! He is patient, supportive and very knowledgeable. His most unique quality is being able to quickly adapt the workout to my specific needs each time I come in. Each workout is different and I like that he focuses on stretching to avoid injuries. He is flexible and always ready to help in and outside of the gym.

This was a workout like no other! Coach Schad took me through a full body workout that helped build a foundation for all of my Ironman training. He was very detailed in the instruction & exercise form. I have some wrist issues and he made sure the exercises we strengthened my joints.
