Iroko is AMAZING!! I am a beginner at salsa while my wife is more advanced, and this is the best place for each of us to learn. We actually live in Ocala, but drive down to Tampa because it’s so worth it.My wife and I have done private lessons with Nachito who’s awesome and helped choreograph our wedding first dance. I can’t recommend him enough, and we continue to get private lessons from him. We also have attended socials and classes, which are great too. Every time we go, it’s the highlight of our week.They have the best teachers here! No literally, their pro team won first place this year at the Summit, which is basically the world championship of Salsa. They won first place last year too and come back with a whole bunch of trophies in different categories from the Summit each year. Nachito, our private instructor, made it to the semifinals of the individual salsa dancing category, making him a top 5 salsa dancer in the world!Last but not least, their customer service is EXCELLENT! We ran into a minor issue one time, and their customer service exceeded our expectations. They are all so nice here. We met the owners recently, Ernesto and Denisse, and they are really nice as well. It’s awesome to speak with world champion dancers and find that they’re all so down to earth, friendly, and personable. My sister in law asked me to join her and my brother in beginner salsa. I had been considering joining ballroom dance but too timid to do anything alone. She heard the salsa lessons were excellent, participants were a younger group and the place was upbeat.It’s always uneasy to start something new, but glad I did. All dance skill levels are welcome at this place. The instructors truly are excellent. We are encouraged to learn at our own pace, to stay with it, don’t give up. I just completed my first month of beginner level 2. It’s been a great experience so far! Less
