I had a terrible experience with this company. The offsider just stood around watching the driver work. The job, which should have taken 3 hours max, took 5.Both were very slow. Instead of filling the lift and trolley with boxes, they carried them one by one. It was a really bad experience — my wife had to help them load because we had booked the lift at the destination for only 3 hours.They damaged our bed, handling our belongings with no care at all.We don’t know the driver’s or the offsider’s names, but we know one was Chinese and the other was Indian.I honestly do not recommend them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Max and Karan did an excellent job at helping us move our house, they were punctual, communicated throughout the move and took extra care with all the items. I highly recommend Auzzie Shift & Shine. Their system is very modern and impressive. They use a latest AI-based booking system that takes your appointment details and immediately sends a confirmation email and text message, which is very convenient.After that, the system transfers you to the owner/boss, who personally confirms everything. He sends a clear message from his phone with the pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, and total charge, so everything is transparent and easy to understand.I chose the one-man-with-a-truck option because I was moving by myself, and they charged $69 per hour, which is an extremely good price.The young driver who came with the truck was very professional and well-mannered. He drove very carefully, slowed down on bumps, and parked the truck perfectly right outside my garage.What impressed me the most was his work ethic. When I had to dismantle the bed, he didn’t just stand around waiting. Instead, he started loading the kitchen boxes and other small items into the truck. Very proactive and professional.He had all the proper equipment including a trolley, electronic lift on the truck, and protective sheets to cover appliances and furniture.Overall, very polite, hardworking, and professional service. Completely worth it. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone moving house.
