This is my 2nd time engaging Garrick and his team. This time was master bedroom carpentry and I'm impressed with his professionalism yet again. The team was meticulous and don't mind spending more time to fix some unexpected misalignment. the final job was very well done, and i like how they are organised with no wasted time to get things done well and efficient. I'll definitely approach Garrick again for any future project.

We engaged Contract Builders because of the good reviews they have, and we did not regret getting them. Garrick and Lawrence are very kind, accommodated our design, and worked within our budget. Over all, the shoe cabinet turned out very nice; the materials used are quality, and we love it. Just be patient and trust the process, and they will deliver the best for you.

Garrick and Edwin were paragons of accountability and were very responsive whenever we had changes to make to the renovation of our Hv2 shop (She Sells Seashells). They were also the team that provided the most professional presentation out of the 5 IDs we requested quotes from. They were polite, friendly and worked within the budget given, without attempts to upsell. Very honest fellas. Followup requests were also met with alacrity. After a month, we felt that our shop needed another light source. Edwin came down within a few days to set it up. Honestly, we have nothing to complain or nitpick even. Great working with them and we will be engaging them surely if we expand!
