Chef Tony’s was amazing! It is sort of tucked away on Wilkins Avenue in Rockville, MD a somewhat industrial area frequented by the offices nearby. In fact, a work event is what brought us to Chef Tony’s. We celebrated a retirement there and they were very accommodating to our large group. I went for happy hour and it wasn't very happy. The lump crab stuffed mushrooms had a funky taste with no visible lump crab. The oysters were huge but they didn't taste fresh at all and then I was told I had to order a drink in order to get happy hour prices even though I was already ordering off of the happy hour menu with those two appetizers.
