Joe Ray was my technician and he fixed a quite tricky problem on a hot day without any complaint.Then, honoring the installation that I did through them a year earlier, they didn't charge anything to me.I strongly and highly recommend American Alliance to anyone anytime

Called for home warranty on Air conditioning unit Joe showed up and I told him my issues he recharged my unit and replaced my thermostat very professional

Vincent is a hella one of a guy! He came to my house for diagnostic for error code EL-01 which is communication error between inside head unit mini split vs. the outside compressor. After half an hour of troubleshooting he found the culprit it was swapped wiring between red & black. He switched the wire and finally it worked. This makes my day happy! He verified some of the pressure on the compressor to make sure everything is within the specs. And he found out it was too high and released some of them as well. Overall, I recommend this HVAC company for your quick fixed issues. Btw, he helps out too for loading my returned product to Home Depot. Great job Vincent!

Eric showed up on time with a fully equipped truck and analyzed the problem with our air conditioner. He explained that there was not enough Freon in the system and filled it. He was conscientious enough to check a second unit, discovered the same problem, and fixed it also. He then offered, and i accepted, to come into the house to check the effectiveness of both systems. Eric was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Mike was timely and immediately knew how to repair our AC unit. Came back with the necessary part and the issue was resolved entirely within 48 hours. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, our machine runs better then it has in many years (although we’ve had several other companies come out)
