Prior to starting the BGAP the programme, my business lacked clarity and direction. I was trying to be all things to all people and getting nowhere fast. Through the programme I have delved deep into the workings of my business. I’ve been deep inside the nuts and bolts of my business - stripping it back, challenging what I thought was working, and getting brutally honest about what actually isn’t. For me. And for my clients. And it was really hard, messy and very emotional. There were days when the easiest option would’ve been to give up, get a job, and retreat back into what looked like “safety”. But with the support and guidance from Jacquie and my fellow BGAPer’s, I was able to see this as a brand-new start. I attended Jacquie’s The Shift workshop which was a fantastic insight into how she works and all of her expertise around building businesses. I then booked onto her B-GAP group coaching programme which has been absolutely brilliant; it was inspiring to be surrounded by business owners in various industries, all at different stages but each seeking clarity to move forward.Jacquie has created a programme which truly makes business owners take a deep look in what is – and more importantly, what isn’t working – to help turn that into something that works for us individually.As someone who is averse to numbers (I much prefer dealing with words), she broke everything down into digestible insights and actions to help make sense of the financial side, which has been an absolute game-changer for me.The programme itself was also brilliantly run, with tasks set each week to ensure we were kept accountable while moving our business along at the same time. I recently worked with Jacquie through Vector Business Coaching because I desperately needed clarity, and I really needed some proper accountability, around what direction my business was heading in. I've recently completed the BGAP growth accelerator course with Jaci, it's been amazing. Beforehand I was coasting really. I wanted to move my business forward but was unsure how to do this. The course was fantastic, each week it slowly gives you a full picture of exactly where your business is now, then helps you work out where you want to go with and finally gives you the knowledge of how to get there.
