Zack and I believe his co-worker was Case did an AMAZING JOB!!!! He went over places were to install our system and told us the pros and cons of placement. Once we decided they both did a great job on the installation. The installation was very professionally done, and they picked up after themselves along the way of the installation. After all was done Zack went over the system and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Zack and his co-worker for the installation. Looking forward to many happy years with our new Pure Sothern Water system.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I am a realtor and extremely analytical. Have been looking for whole house water systems for 4 years. Someone contacted me the day I sent the inquiry, a sales representative came to my house tested my water and explained my options. The sales representative set up the insillation and the installer came promptly and was very knowledgeable, professional. They aloa semd you notifications when the representative is on the way with a picture of the person arriving. We purchased the whole house unit and a reverse osmosis unit for drinking and cooking. I was very pleased. Would highly recommed. Love that they install the units and you have someone to contact.
