I enjoyed my experience at Alloy. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide you with one-on-one training to encourage each member to reach their fitness goal. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. Alloy in PTC is the absolute best small group personal training facility that I have ever been to. The coaches are amazing and in tune with each member and their personal needs. I look forward to the workouts and not once have I regretted joining.

I love Alloy - it’s been such a great find! They give you a small group workout that can be tailored to your fitness level and needs. It’s a perfect workout for someone just starting out or someone that’s looking to get stronger. Brianna and her team are the best and truly care about each member. They are flexible with scheduling and there are plenty of days and times available. I’ve been here since they opened and it’s been the perfect place for my 40 something self 😊

This place is beyond awesome. I wanted to have a more structured, guided workout and I finally found it in Alloy. Every workout is tailored to you and the coaches are there to gently push you to the next level. The coaches are phenomenal by the way!!! They are very personable and knowledgeable about form and what exercise works which body part. The workouts all change daily and only last an hour! Every month, I look forward to the inbody scan to see all my results and accomplishments I cannot see physically.All the other people there to work out with me are friendly and non judgemental. We each joke with each other and honestly, I smile and laugh every time I go!!! Never had I said that about any gym I've worked out at.I'm 6 months in and have seen results I never thought I would see in my mid 40s. I have finally found my perfect gym!

Regardless of your body being in shape or out-of-shape, Alloy can help you with your goals. I was recently out sick for two weeks and thought I would not be able to work out again, but the trainers at Alloy encouraged me to join a session when I felt better. They told me that they could modify each session until I could work myself back into regular workouts. I tried an early morning session with Will and felt so much better afterwards! Alloy has session times that fit into anyone’s schedule and if you can’t get to the session you planned, just let them know and you can switch to another open session time.
