We enrolled our son Ayden in the summer youth camp at Keller Boxing, and it has been an absolute game-changer! I grew up in athletics. Soccer, tennis, swimming, cycling and yoga mostly. Finding boxing changed the game for me. I found a place that values family, respect and becoming a better version of ourselves. The people at Keller Boxing inspire me and encourage me to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone. I'm shredding inches and gained strength and improved self esteem. I've found more motivation, disapline and a willingness to try new things and grow personally and professionally. So glad I found Keller Boxing.

Coach Malaki is very knowledgeable and encouraging and gives you a great workout in only 30 min! These workouts build your confidence and it feels great to hit the bag after a long day. It's always something new, and I enjoy learning new techniques. I recommend giving it a try!

Great place to take your kids or yourself. Love the energy and challenging exercises. I've tired other boxing gyms and hands down this one is a keeper.
