Jay is a wonderful, safe presence who is very intuitive and dialed in. I booked a session because I needed help with a physical blockage in my heart space. He picked up that my daughter is angry at me and Jay was able to help me uncover the subconscious anger I hold towards myself and unforgiveness. Through energy work and strong intention and prayer he was able to assist me release the anger locked away in my heart that literally was sitting there for years and lead me in a beautiful prayer of forgiveness.
