Fantastic service. Mark and the team sorted a scratch there and then for us. No hassle. Prompt and professional company. Would definitely use again.

Really poor experience. Showed them the work needed doing and didn’t seem that interested in helping. Called to book in, said they were fully booked. Said they’d call me back later that morning to see when they could do it but never heard from them. Have gone elsewhere with my custom. Do better

Can't thank the lads at mirror image enough. Recently had a minor bump in my van but the biggest issue was it's a custom colour so not easy to match. The guys went through the effort of trying to get the best match and wanted to make sure it was as close to perfect as possible before taking my money. The owner even lent me a bumper bracket off his own van so i could get my van back on the road before going on holiday. The results i am over the moon with, great finish. I will definitely use them again (hopefully i won't need to 🤣) and recommend them in the future. Quality painter 👌

What can I say..just brilliant!!After damaging the side of my van I went to Mirror Image repairs on Bridgend industrial estate for advice on how to repair the extensive dent & getting it sprayed. They were very busy & we agreed that the work could be done after Christmas. The team at mirror image Mark, Jason, Dan & Steve were all very friendly ,helpful & explained the whole process of how the repair would be done.. using damsel in distress friendly terms of course!!The finished work was just incredible..like new!!I would highly recommend Mirror Image for all aspects of repair & spray work.Thank you to all of the team for your kindness.Diane

I can’t recommend Mirror Image highly enough! After getting bumped, I went in for a quote and the team explained that going through my insurance would actually be the cheaper option for me. I decided to go with the non-approved repairer route (despite the usual scare tactics from insurers about this), and Mark went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t pay more than my £300 excess. Not only did they do an absolutely fantastic job on my car, but Mark even added some thoughtful tweaks of his own. He also suggested I get a new wheel and provided it at an unbelievable bargain. The whole team was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind.I honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer team or a better repair job. Mirror Image will definitely be my go-to from now on!

If you need your damaged car repaired then I recommend mirror image 100%. I took mine into them today to get some scratches repaired. The job they did was excellent. They knew I couldn't drive in the dark and made sure that my car was repaired early so that I could drive home in daylight hours. I cannot thank them enough for being so very kind. Really kind, professional people to deal with.

My sister recently had a crash and her car was in a bad way, so we took it to Mirror Image and they were incredible. From the moment we brought it in, the team were professional, reassuring, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They handled everything smoothly, kept us updated throughout, and the quality of the repair work was unreal. You would never even know the car had been in an accident. It drives perfectly again and looks brand new.Could not be happier with the service. I would recommend Mirror Image to anyone needing reliable and high quality repair work after an accident.

This garage has restored my faith in mankind. I turned up on a Friday afternoon for help with a leaking VW seal and they spent an hour fixing it there and then with such a helpful attitude. The age of chivalry is not dead!
