I schedule this contractor for a home job this morning, and it was an utterly frustrating experience. We scheduled a specific time for them to arrive, but they never showed up. I wasted an entire afternoon waiting, rearranging my schedule for nothing. This complete lack of communication, respect, and reliability is a terrible way to run a business. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
