My in laws had been cremated years ago but with an upcoming cruise to Hawaii, we decided to dispose of their ashes there. Doing that on land proved to be difficult with local laws. Holland America cruise line was very willing to dispose of ashes at sea. White Rose Aqua Cremation placed the ashes of both people in one certified biodegradable, cruise line approved "pillow". Our cruise left from our home port of San Diego, so we didn't need TSA approval. The cruise officials determined the time and place (at least 12 miles out to sea). They also provided us with a burial at sea certificate stating date, time and exact ship's location.Without White Rose Aqua's kindness and cooperation, this final act of closure for our family would not have been possible. A special thanks to David whose warmth and compassion will ease anyone through the cremation and burial process.Cindy S.

This facility is amazing...the staff was very accommodating and nice and respectful and just utterly amazing....the arrangement counselor Kahla Flores was so sweet and kind. She went above and beyond for the care of our loved one and all of us that came ro view her..she ensured we had ample time and tissues and Sparkling water....she checked in periodically and even gave us dissolvalble papers so we can send a message with her which was a pleasant surprise. The biggest surprise from this amazing place was they drove and hour to drop off our loved one to our house so we didn't have to drive back down there....white rose is an amazing place with very caring people and I would give it more stars if I could. My entire family would recommend this place and their wonderful staff...they also kept us informed with the pick up and drop off of our loved one....communication was amazing. I will definitely recommend White Rose to everyone l know.....thank you soooooo very much
