Bingo installed an EV charger at our house. Everything about our experience with Bingo was outstanding! We asked Dan to install in the garage, so he did a thorough evaluation of that situation which turned out to be quite difficult and therefore was going to be expensive. We were willing to pay him to do that, but then Dan looked around the outside of the house and suggested a much easier and faster location to install, for 1/12th the cost! Dan could have made a lot more money off of us, but chose the thorough, professional, expert, customer-focused, and honest path instead. He scheduled that work soon, showed up on time, finished the work quickly, and the quality of the work is excellent. (Plus, as a person he is a pleasure to interact with.)

Excellent service, highly recommend! Daniel was quick to respond to our service inquiry for a few varied home electrical issues -- all ultimately wound up being relatively minor but could have turned into more major issues if not addressed. He was able to set up an appointment within a few days of our request, was very responsive to text communication, arrived right on time for the service, and was able to diagnose and resolve almost all of the concerns right away. The only one not completed on the initial visit was because he needed to purchase a new dimmer switch for one of ours that was broken, but he was able to get us scheduled again within 2 days to complete that last job (he would have actually done it later that same day but we were not available). Prices were very reasonable for services rendered and time involved. Also notably, more than just getting the job done -- which he absolutely did -- he was just a really just a very friendly, personable, down to earth yet still very professional person to work with. Will definitely contact him again for any future electrical needs.

I have had Dan install a 220 line to charge my EV. He cleverly ran the line inside my garage and placed it proximal to the garage door so I could charge my vehicle either while in the garage or outside. I had to install an external remote shutoff valve that required a constant power supply. No outlet was proximal to the MOEN device. He was able to create an external outlet by tapping into an existing internal garage outlet. In both cases he was able to problem solve and design the best solutions to my needs. Great at explaining why and what he suggests. Strength is working with unique situations. Charges a fair price and does quality work.

Dan responded within minutes to my inquiry on a Sunday and was there first thing Monday morning. He figured out the issue in minutes, and it was all fixed in an hour. Dan is a great guy and an even better electrician. I live up in the hills off highway 17 and it's almost impossible to get good help when my partner and I really need it. Not with Dan. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with his services. Not to mention a fair price for excellent work. I'm sure this won't be our last job with Dan. Far from it, in fact. My smoke detector had been on the fritz for weeks nothing was working, switched out the batteries held down the reset button, accidentally pulled it out from the ceiling in the process...oops. It was hanging by its wires, literally, and the beeping began incorporating into our nightmares. I reached out to a company, they had no immediate availability. Someone recommended Bingo on Nextdoor tried them next. The owner, Daniel not only texted me back right away, but set up a time way after business hours and came right out the next morning. He's so warm and friendly but more importantly super trustworthy. The incessant beeping wouldn't stop, went up in our crawl space, went way above and beyond to troubleshoot what the issue was, made 2 trips to the store to switch out the smoke detectors for a better brand and didn't leave until the house was beep free. Highly recommend Bingo Electric if you're ever in need of an electrician, thank you Daniel!! The house is so nice and quiet I could cry haha.

Dan did a great job troubleshooting my faulty outlet. It was not a simple problem, but he hung in there, tracked down the problem, and re-worked the wiring to fix the problem and to ensure that it does not recur. Dan was upfront about the cost and stuck with his commit. No surprises and a nice job.

Dan is an adroit troubleshooter. Dan has RARE SKILL and is why we gladly hired him. He knew where to look for the problem with our wiring, showed me the effect, the problem wiring, the indication with the tester, and the fix - ALL IN 5 MINUTES!!! We did have someone else scheduled later that week, but when that company scheduled 4 hrs and 2 techs, without knowing where the problem was, I felt better going with Dan. Very glad we did!He's humble, professional, personal, timely, and kind! He has great character and skill! The PRICE was very reasonable, too!

Daniel is the owner and operator of bingo Electric. He is very straightforward, as well as meticulous in ensuring that he knows what the issues are by offering a troubleshooting fee. I had made a list of the foible that I wanted to have addressed. I had contacted him because of an outstanding review by one of my dear friends, who had used him. Suzanne had raved on about him so I asked him to come out to my place to check my electrical issues out. He made certain that I knew what the cost to diagnose was and made a date two days in advance to come out and check it all out. Because I am immunocompromised, I always insist on workmen wearing a mask. no problem whatsoever. Most of the things that I needed, they had checked out, required very little action on his part. He gave me great advice on how to accomplish those things that I wanted to without having to spend any money on it. But those things that were absolutely necessary were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. He had all the tools necessary to be successful. He estimated about the amount of time that he would be here, but it wasn't about the time. It was about getting the job done, right ! He did not charge by hours, but by his initial estimation. And then some stuff he wouldn't charge me for because it wasn't a big deal at all.. Efficient, prompt, polite, experienced and knowledgeable, and on top of that he is a veteran. Winner, winner, chicken dinner, I can now see in places I wasn't able to before.! Bingo Electric /Daniel will be my electrician in the future as well in the event I have anything he hasn't already fixed!

Daniel provided a 5-star service, nothing but excellence! I had a flickering ceiling LED light fixture in the bedroom, and I couldn't determine if the light fixture or the dimmer switch on the wall was the issue. Daniel confidently said, "I'll give you the answer." He sure figured out what was wrong and fixed the dimmer switch. A ceiling light fixture in my daughter's bedroom was wobbly when using the fan after hitting it with a pillow during a pillow fight. I thought the only way to fix this was to buy a new light fixture with a fan and install it; however, Daniel repaired the wobbly fan and saved us money! Daniel is honest, friendly, sincere, and 100% on the customers' side. He suggests the best solution that is the best fit for the client. In my case, his solutions saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend hiring BINGO Electric!!!

I called on a Sunday morning because all of the outlets on one of the circuits in the house stopped working the night before and I knew it wasn't the breaker. I thought the GFCI receptacle might need replacing. Dan got back to me within about an hour and was at the house 30 minutes later. He established that the problem was not the GFCI receptacle but rather that there was a broken wire between the electric panel and the rest of the circuit and quoted me a fair price for the fix. He held to that price even though running a new wire ended up being substantially more challenging than expected. I really appreciated his dedication to getting the job done. The circuit now works as it is supposed to and he's gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service and make sure I am happy with the final product. I'll happily call him again if I need an electrician in the future.

Great customer service, Gave no BS, found the problem troubleshoot the problem all within quote. Found that it was not a short it was a double feed, it was a quick fix provided a great explanation on the issue and the root cause of the problem. Provided me with a easy fix that saved me a lot of money. Got my lights to turn on again and stopped my breaker from tripping...Please give this guy a call..we'll worth it.

Responsive, prompt, honest, careful, clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for anything more. My master bedroom ceiling fan stopped working, so my home warranty company sent out a different electrician to see what was wrong. They spent 10 minutes and said it was a fan issue that wasn't covered by the warranty. As a result, I purchased a new fan and installed it myseIf, only to find out that the new one didn't work either. I called Bingo Electric to have them do the work to figure out whether I had an issue with the circuit or something else was going on. Daniel responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes, scheduled to come out at 9am the next working day, arrived at 8:55am, crawled my ceiling to determine it was a issue with power getting to the ceiling fixture, fixed the issue, finished installing my fan, cleaned after himself, and was gone by 9:35. Other than when he was in my ceiling, we had a pleasant conversation the entire time (he's a USMC veteran with a post-Marines business degree from San Jose State and has a contractors license). He charged me what he quoted (quite reasonable price) and on the way out the door, took a few minutes to explain to me what I needed to do to install a video doorbell and said if I wasn't comfortable at any point in that project to give him a call and he'd come over and take care of it. I now have a new go-to electrician.

After a few years bouncing between electricians who were unreliable, selectively responsive, or not very good, we lucked out and found Dan. Since then, Dan has done a bunch of work for us on two properties with older electricals. Dan is: very reliable; very knowledgeable; thoughtful; an excellent communicator; super quick at his work (but thorough); smart. Most importantly, stuff works reliably after Dan has fixed it up. The work for us has included landscape lighting, outdoor lighting, removing ceiling fans, wiring water heaters, and (yes --- face-palm) flipping circuit breakers because we didn't check that one sub-panel when the lights went out in the kitchen. The work he does is top notch and excellent value for money. He's our go-to electrician and an all-round awesome guy.

Daniel fixed several issues around our home (replaced outlets with GCFI, fixed two way light switch in hallway, separated light and fan in bathroom), then tackled the replacement of our old Zinsco electrical panel. It turned out to be a much bigger pain to replace than anyone originally thought, which made us extra glad we went with Daniel, as he is reliable, professional, hard-working, and easy to communicate with. He saw the job through to the end and did a fantastic job. His rates were very fair (and lower than other companies who gave bids), and we always felt comfortable having him in our home. I will definitely give him a call next time something is wonky with our electric, and would enthusiastically recommend him to a friend.
