The owner Dave Johnston is a standup guy who takes pride in his work and cares about the product he delivers. If you are going to do business with Ritzcraft I highly recommend you find a minute to personally meet Dave. His team built us a beautiful pool within less than 5 months during major holidays. There were some staff changes along the way that resulted in a minor communication disruption but once I contacted Dave, he was at my house in person the next day addressing my concerns. All in all, Ritzcraft Pools is a solid company that I'd trust to do business with again and highly recommend others to do the same. Ritzcraft Pools was amazing to work with and delivered a beautiful pool. The owner, David Johnson, really goes beyond for customer satisfaction. They were quick to present a proposal, and finished ahead of schedule. On the day they were expected to start we had no power as a result of the storm, but rather than delaying the process, they brought in generators and started on time. David followed up every step of the way. I am an absentee home owner as well, and he sent pictures of everything. I could not be happier with the product and the entire process. Don't think twice. Best decision ever to go with Ritzcraft Pools and Pavers! Recieved a couple quotes, and ultimately went with Ritzcraft. So glad we did. We had access to the owners, Dave and Ericka, which was very reassuring to us.You don't get that with many contractors. Every crew was extremely skilled and professional, cleaned up, and willing to answer any questions. Special thanks to Scott and Eric.Construction projects can be stressful, my advice, trust the process, they know what they are doing! After completion, they continue to be very responsive to any minor tweeks, questions, or concerns. We are actually going to have them do a small paver project for us. Our pool was 20+ years old. It was tim to remodel. Erica and Dave met us and provided up to date ideas for our pool. We added a waterfall feature from their recommendation and we wanted an in the pool, table. The result of the remodel of the pool and pavers around the pool was spectacular. This upgrade not only enhanced our home but we use this area all of the time. The remodel was completed on time and they answered any questions we had along the way. Their workers were very professional and detail oriented.
