We had a good experience with London Illuminations. Originally planned for installation at the end of Jan 26 however, we received a message for early installation and thought that was outstanding given we mentioned we can support an earlier date. Installation was good but had a few minor requests and the team were on it the next day and was completed to our complete satisfaction - thank you.Communication with London Illuminations was excellent during prep and post installation.I was a bit surprised with the limitation of the lighting app not supporting cloud-based/remote access. You can only control it while connected to your home Wi-Fi and not while away. From my reading I understood that it worked thru Wi-Fi anywhere. London Illuminations advised that an update to the app this year will allow full cloud-based support (in case you want to change a schedule or make any changes while away from home).This is definitely not a showstopper to my good recommendation and look forward to app update. We are very satisfied with decision to use them and the final results. I really don't think you will be disappointed with the results and the massive amount of preset lighting effects available. We have already had neighbour's asking about them after a few days.

I love my lights! I’ve received so many compliments on them and have given the company’s info to friends and family for them to check out!Great experience overall from initial quote, to timeline/installation and follow up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. A great addition to your home.
