I have to wonder how much of the weight loss is just water loss as well as what the cost to my kidneys was--I never went any longer than a few hours, and that only in the middle of the night, without urinating. Also, no studies have been done on its safety for longer-term ingestion by humans (google says its safe for 7 days, this diet has you on it for 2 months). How the diet works - your body is in ketosis, at the same time you aren't eating any fat content so your body burns off the fat on your body instead of the fat you eat (because you aren't eating any). It is a keto diet without eating fat. The science is in the diet not the stupid drops and you don't need to spend ~$2,000 to cut fat and carbs from your diet. Less
