Bodyshapers is an excellent platform for both beginners and advanced strength training. I thoroughly enjoy the variety of classes day to day and found it super effective for weight loss and toning up. All the trainers are fantastically supportive and encouraging and were super helpful with helping me achieve good form and make the most of my training sessions, the classes would always fly by and gave me confidence and energised me for the day. All the ladies were so lovely with a great mix of all walks of life the classes were uplifting and full of laughs. Look forward to returning soon when the kids are a bit older and I can bring them along. Thank you guys!!!

Absolutly thrilled with the results I’ve seen at Bodyshapers. Since joining in September 2022: - 11.4kg lost - 9.1% body fat! That includes 2 x big international trips and 7 x interstate trips too. David Mifsud has been a brilliant PT, coach and mentor and is always supplying the workouts to match the hotel or gyms on the ships! Thank you too, to Steph and Damo for always pushing me, even when I try to resist the heavier weights... “Make every set count” ❤️

The Body Shapers is a great gym but an even better community. Dave, Steph, Liesa and Damo are excellent trainers - motivating and pushing us along in a really positive way, tailoring exercises to suit different levels. I have been coming to TBS since 2019 after not doing much exercise while my kids were babies. I have made some great gains as well as some great friends. Highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to get their health and fitness back under control after years out of the gym.

I attended a challenge at the beginning of the year and decided to continue my membership, as I was so happy with my increased strength and toned body. The classes are small, the trainers are extremely engaging and supportive and the other ladies are really welcoming. The early 5am classes were also a stand out, which fit in with my busy mum life.

After many years out of the gym, I decided to take the plunge and joined the BodyShapers 8 week challenge and I have to say it’s one of the most welcoming gyms I’ve been too and also has great banter on the gym floor! I was definitely nervous around knowing what to do but the trainers are there and they support you with your technique and also motivation to keep pushing yourself! Ive now finished the challenge but have not finished going to Body Shapers!! Thanks guys!

Initially signed up for a challenge, but decided to join up. I was impressed that the session numbers are small and personable. The trainers are supportive, motivating and most importantly they demonstrate the correct technique for each exercise during the session. If you are looking for a women's only gym that is welcoming with no judgement then I highly recommended The Body Shapers.

Highly recommend the gym! I took 6 week Challenge and enjoyed it a lot. Classes are always different and exercises are interesting. Vibe of the gym is very welcoming and I felt super comfortable there. All the trainers are helpful and always making sure you're doing everything properly which is extremely important at the beginning of your fitness journey.

Best women's gym I've been too. You want results, you'll get results if you go to this gym. I can't believe my strength I have compared to when I first started. I absolutely love going and training at this gym. Thanks heaps to Damo and Steph for getting me where I am today.

Great all woman’s gym, I started on the 6wk challenge and got hooked for life! Fun friendly atmosphere- highly recommended!
