W7 came out for what I thought was a very small job. Honestly, one issue was that I couldn't get the new sprinkler spray head back on after removing the old one—yes, I know, pretty embarrassing! Even though it was such a minor repair, W7 was happy to come out and take care of it.Not only did they fix that issue, but the technician also identified and repaired several other problems with my irrigation system. Some of the work required him to come back the next day to finish everything, and he made sure it was all completed correctly.When he was done, everything was working perfectly, and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the results.What impressed me even more was that about a week later, W7 called to make sure everything was still working properly and to confirm that we were happy with their service. That level of customer care really stood out.I've recommended W7 to several people since then, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. They are reliable, prompt, professional, friendly, and they leave the job site clean. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to speak with a real person instead of an automated system. Great customer service from start to finish!

I contacted them before lunch. Ronnie and his helper were out the same afternoon. Very friendly and discussed what they found. Fixed it in a timely manor and at a reasonable price. Will be using them again.
